For mesh or Hexagrip, send the traffic, floor outline, joints and openings. Compare the actual face, reverse and core, then include cut edges, hardware and replacement-part identities in the supply scope.
Choose one or two overlay faces and the required reverse. Share the paint system, component drawing or forming application so we can develop the supplied surface and relevant sample together.

Start with the decision you need to make: compare a smooth film, inspect a textured face, review your logo or try an MDO coating. A faced-and-edged piece connects the working surface with the plywood construction.
For fit or concrete appearance, move to a drawing-based part or representative working trial. Keep the selected construction, drawing and trial conditions with the approval record; use the project design for supports, loading and fixing requirements.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Start with the use and working face. Choose smooth film for the concrete finish, mesh or Hexagrip for a textured floor, MDO for the selected coating or forming process, and logo film for branded panels. Open the relevant product to compare its actual core, thicknesses and formats.
Choose the colour and surface reference you need, then compare the core, bond, film and thickness on the same basis. We can arrange face and edge samples so the comparison includes the panel behind the colour.
Each product has its own range. Use the 12mm, dedicated 18mm, multi-thickness or large-sheet route that fits your schedule. Send cut dimensions or a drawing for help selecting the format and included machining.
Send the quantities for each configuration. We help coordinate production, separated packs and loading, with clear product and part references for receiving and installation.
Yes. Send the drawing, reference face, final sizes, holes and joints. We can include cutting, routing, completed edge treatment and part identification in the quotation, with a sample where the fitted detail needs review.
Request a face and edge sample, a processed detail or a working trial. Add the report, inspection or FSC supply information required by your purchasing team so we can connect it to the selected construction and order.

MAKE A SURFACE COMPARISON MEANINGFUL
When comparing black, brown or printed film faced panels, first write down the construction behind each surface. A colour change may be accompanied by a different core, film specification, thickness or reverse. Ask us to identify those differences so the comparison answers your actual formwork requirement.

The APA concrete forming guide treats panel selection, design and form maintenance as related subjects. It is a technical reading reference; any product designation or design data still needs to apply to the specified panel and system.
PLAN A REPRESENTATIVE TRIAL
For a finish-sensitive job, discuss a representative trial with the team responsible for the formwork and concrete finish. Record the panel identity, face orientation, joint arrangement, release-agent system, concrete conditions and stripping or cleaning process. Use an agreed viewing condition when discussing the resulting surface.
Record the concrete finish, joint or fixing marks and any surface transfer you need to review. Keep the location on the form linked to the corresponding panel.
Separate face wear, damaged corners, cut-edge condition and the condition of the panel itself. Include photographs and the observed use history when discussing a concern.
Have the responsible team assess the panel and the formwork requirements before reuse. A successful surface trial does not establish every structural or support requirement.
We discuss the film faced panel against that record. An unconditional reuse count cannot replace information about the panel, geometry, finish requirement, handling and working conditions. For the actual surface variants, compare our film faced plywood categories.
