START WITH YOUR REQUIREMENT

Find the panel that fits your formwork plan.

Start with the decision you need to make

Start with the part you need to build: an uninterrupted concrete face, a repeated form set or a cut industrial component. We help you compare sheet formats, core construction and face arrangements against that drawing, so price and layout are reviewed together.

Bring a panel schedule, cutting list or photograph of the finish you want. We can discuss a sample with the selected core and film, and include a cut edge or joint where it matters. For concrete-facing work, a representative trial helps you assess the surface and panel condition under your intended process.

Plan joints and material use together

A larger sheet may give you a longer uninterrupted working face. Across repeated sets, a smaller format may make better use of the cutting plan. Send the finished sizes, quantities and permitted joint positions so we can discuss trimming, orientation and usable parts alongside pack size and handling requirements.

Make the next order easier to specify

Keep the selected core, thickness, film and sample reference with your panel schedule. For a repeat order, send that specification and identify any changed part, surface or quantity. This gives us a clear starting point for the new quotation and keeps production checks and packing connected to the panels you selected.

Compare price against usable parts

Send your repeated component sizes and the joint positions your layout allows. We can compare full sheets and cut-part supply with the appropriate core and film. Keep trimming, drilling, edge coating, packing and delivered quantities in the comparison so a lower sheet price does not hide a different supply scope.

OUR PRODUCT RANGE

Compare 3 configurations from our range. Open a product to compare its specifications and photographs.

FROM PANEL TO COMPONENT

Match the construction to the application

Concrete-contact panels

State the required finish and planned layout. Compare the working face and construction with the project specification, and include joint and edge details relevant to the panel.

Birch-base formwork and components

Choose the birch-base route when your specification calls for that construction. Pair the selected thickness and larger sheet format with a sample edge, joint layout and relevant product documents.

Large-format schedules

List each finished size and quantity separately. Include unloading, storage and pack restrictions so the sheet configuration and handling plan stay connected.

SAMPLE THE PROPOSED PANEL

Compare the brown face on the construction you will order.

Use identified samples to compare the general brown range, the dedicated 18mm panel or birch-base larger sheets. Review film shade, actual thickness, cut edge and the chosen pressing route together.

Add a finished part or representative casting trial when fit or concrete appearance controls the decision. Keep the accepted construction and sample reference with your cutting list for the first order and repeat deliveries.

Brown Film Faced Plywood questions

Which core can I choose for brown film plywood?

The general range lists birch and poplar. The dedicated 18mm route offers poplar, combi, 100% eucalyptus hardwood or birch; pine and other mixed-core options are specified separately as custom configurations. The larger brown shuttering route uses a birch plywood base. Tell us your core requirement and application so we can quote the right route.

How do I choose between standard and larger sheet formats?

Start with the finished part sizes and permitted joints. Compare those against the formats on the selected product page, allowing for trimming and handling. We can discuss custom sizes and confirm the thickness, core, quantity and packing combination in your quotation.

What happens when panels are cut after delivery?

New cuts and holes need the protection specified for the finished use. Factory edge coating applies to the original edges, so include later processing in your handling and finishing plan.

Can you supply the same brown film for repeat orders?

Keep the approved film, shade, surface texture, core and sample reference with your order specification. Send that reference for repeat deliveries and identify any changed dimensions or working conditions so production checks follow the same agreed target.

Should I choose a smooth or wiremesh reverse?

Choose each face for its role. Smooth/smooth suits two specified smooth faces; smooth/wiremesh gives different contact surfaces. For a walking or loading face, discuss the textured range and the surface evidence required by your application.

What should I compare in a brown film sample?

Compare the film appearance, actual thickness, core edge and supplied edge coating. Add a cut joint or fitting detail where it controls your component. For concrete appearance, arrange a representative casting trial using the proposed panel and release process.

Can one shipment include different sizes and cores?

Send the quantity for each configuration. We will work through production quantities, separated packing and loading, with clear labels for each core, thickness and format so the panels can be received and allocated to the right job.
