Choose the panel family that fits the parts you make.
Start with the finished component: a painted door, a wood-faced panel or a concrete form. Compare our eight plywood and MDF families around the surfaces, edges and processing that matter, then bring your shortlist to our team for a quotation.
Find a starting point for furniture, decorative interiors, formwork or waterproof panel projects. We manufacture plywood and MDF substrates in our own factory, and help choose the surface, core and processing around the parts you make.

COMPARE BY WHAT YOU ARE MAKING
The component helps narrow the choice.
Cabinets and furniture
For a finished decorative face, compare melamine MDF and melamine plywood. For a real wood face, compare veneer plywood and veneered MDF. For painting or further profiling, discuss raw MDF or an appropriate plywood construction.
Interior joinery
Mark the visible faces and edges, adjacent panels, grain direction and finish. A wall panel, a cabinet door and a shelf can share an appearance but need different thickness, support and connection details.
Formwork and wet-service projects
For formwork, our team helps connect the core, bond, film and edge treatment with your system. For waterproof or marine projects, we discuss the grade, construction, exposure and finish alongside the product information your project needs.
CHOOSE FROM THE COMPONENT OUTWARD
Resolve the decision that separates the candidate materials.
A painted cabinet door
Start with the intended paint process, profile, hardware and finished dimensions. Compare raw MDF with a plywood option only after identifying the visible edge and machining requirements. If the finish is a ready-made melamine decor, follow the melamine route instead of treating it as a painted raw board.
A clear-finished wood panel
Decide whether the visible wood should be the plywood face or an applied decorative veneer. Then define the face species, cut, matching and reverse. Compare veneer plywood with veneered MDF against the actual component and processing needs.
A concrete-contact panel
State the formed surface, panel layout, support information and finish requirement. Compare film faced plywood with the relevant three-layer panel construction. Keep surface colour separate from the core, bond and formwork design requirements.
If moisture exposure or a named marine grade controls the selection, retain that requirement alongside the appearance or machining choice. If a tested fire or other performance classification is required, identify the exact finished construction and evidence; it is not a separate colour or decor option.
CHOOSE THE BOARD AND ITS FINISH
Describe the core and surface separately.
Choose melamine as a decorative facing on MDF, plywood or another specified substrate. For a teak or oak face, choose the inner plywood construction too. Our team helps connect the layers with visible edges, machining, component weight and fittings.
For waterproof, fireproof, emissions or structural requirements, bring the project information you have. We help match the proposed construction, intended use and relevant product documents alongside your surface and dimension choices.
Need particleboard or another panel alongside these eight families? Tell our team about the component and finish, and we can discuss the material and supply options for your project.
ONE PROJECT CAN USE SEVERAL PANEL FAMILIES
Build the order by component, not one broad material label.
Working face, dimensions and the approved formwork design inputs.
Give each component group a separate quantity and identify the parts that must look coordinated after assembly. We can then discuss the required constructions and finishes as one project while keeping their specifications and pack identities separate.
Can I compare plywood and MDF for the same furniture component?
Yes. Tell us what you are making and the finish you want. We can compare plywood and MDF around the dimensions, edges, fixings and machining your component needs.
Do all families have the same sheet sizes and thicknesses?
Each range has its own thickness and sheet-format choices. Explore the related details or tell us your finished dimensions; our team will help plan the combination and production quantity.
Can one order combine several panel families?
Yes. Our team can plan a mixed project order with separate products and quantities, including the minimum quantities, production timing and packing for each configuration.
Where should I start if I only have a finished-product photograph?
A photograph and intended use are a useful starting point. We can help identify the surfaces, edges and panel options, then develop the dimensions, drawing or sample details with you.
