INTERIOR JOINERY · FROM OUR OWN FACTORY
Choose Pencil Cedar-faced plywood for cabinet interiors, furniture ends and coordinated joinery. Start with 3, 12, 16 or 18mm sheets, or discuss the wider 2–30mm product range and project documents. Our factory helps turn your face selection and drawing into samples and a quotation.

START WITH YOUR REQUIREMENT
Show us which faces stay visible when the furniture is open, closed or viewed from the side. Mark the panel sequence, reverse and edge treatment on a drawing or photo. We will help compare the Pencil Cedar appearance, core and thickness for the complete furniture set.
Use the general product for its four listed thicknesses and 1220 × 2440mm format. The wider product offers different grades, dimensions and supply conditions, with a route for CE-related project enquiries. Choose the material first, then connect the required documents with that exact construction and intended use.

| Requirement | Details to agree | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Visible face and reverse | Pencil Cedar appearance on each viewing side, with tone, grain, repairs, joints and the finish reference. | An opened cabinet or exposed end may need two selected faces. |
| General product grades and core | BB/CC, C/C or C/D references; poplar, hardwood or birch core. | Choose the visible-side pairing and inner veneers independently. |
| General product dimensions | 3, 12, 16 and 18mm in 1220 × 2440mm sheets. 3mm thickness reference ±0.2mm; 12, 16 and 18mm ±0.5mm. | Fit a thin back to its support and thicker parts to their own joint or fitting. |
| Wider product dimensions | 2–30mm in 1220 × 2440, 1250 × 2500 or 1500 × 3000mm. Custom sheets and parts by enquiry. | State the nominal thickness in millimetres when the schedule also uses inch trade sizes. |
| Wider product grades and core | BB/BB, BB/CC, CC/CC or CC/DD references; poplar, hardwood, birch or eucalyptus core. | Use this product’s own grade pairing and construction in the quotation. |
| Wider product thickness limits | Listed bands are ±0.2mm at 2–9mm and ±0.3mm at 9–30mm; select the applicable band for a 9mm order. | Keep the chosen tolerance and measuring stage with the component drawing. |
| Bond and supply condition | General product: MR reference and 8–14% moisture. Wider range: MR, melamine or WBP phenolic options and 10–15% moisture reference. | Choose the service, receiving condition and finishing process with the selected product. |
| Sample and finished fit | Grain, groove or joint, hardware, edge treatment, coating and final dimensions. | A face-to-edge sample connects appearance with the completed furniture detail. |
| Project documents and packing | Intended use, destination and required characteristics; applicable declaration, FPC or test records for the selected configuration, with order and pack references. | CE-related documents, emissions and management-system records have separate scopes. |
Review the face, reverse and edging under the intended coating. For adjacent fronts or a panel sequence, compare a larger sample or group of parts in the expected lighting. Keep the accepted tone range, grain direction and permitted veneer features with the drawing for phased deliveries and repeat orders.
For a CE-related enquiry, send the intended use, destination and document checklist with the selected thickness, core and bond. Our team will review the applicable declaration, factory production control (FPC) and test or classification records for that product. Treat any separate emission or ISO 9001 requirement as its own request; the product name alone does not establish the documents’ coverage.
FROM PANEL TO COMPONENT
SAMPLE THE PROPOSED PANEL
Send a representative cabinet corner, furniture end or panel junction and mark the visible sides. We can plan a face sample or working detail with the chosen grade pair, core and thickness.
Review it under your coating and edge treatment, then check the completed groove, joint or fitting. Keep the construction and drawing revision with the accepted sample; send the project document checklist alongside it when required.
