Inspection specifications for medium density fiberboard of Cuzi Industry.

Inspection specifications for medium density fiberboard.

1. The purpose of this standard

To ensure the quality of the company’s cabinet products, medium density fiberboard raw materials for quality control, specially formulated this

specification

2. The scope of application of this standard applies to the incoming inspection of medium density plates for cabinets.  3.  Reference standard

GB/T11718 —— 1999Medium density fiberboard
  GB/T18884 —— 2002Home kitchen equipment

4. Classification of medium density fiberboard:

4.  1  Indoor medium density fiberboard for dry environments.

4.  2  Indoor moisture-proof medium density fiberboard for wet environments.

4.  3 Outdoor medium density fiberboard for outdoor use. Cabinets are generally used in raw materials are indoor type and indoor moisture-proof type medium density fiberboard.  5  Medium density fiberboard terminology

5.  1  Medium density fiberboard:

A sheet of plates that is pressed under heat and pressure conditions by applying argon or other synthetic resins as raw materials for wood fibers or other plant fibers. Other suitable additives can also be added to improve plate specificity.

5.  2 Indoor medium density fiberboard Does not have medium density fiberboards that are subjected to water impregnation or high humidity for a short period of time.

5.  3  Indoor moisture-proof medium density fiberboard:

Medium density fiberboard with short-term exposure to water impregnation or high humidity.

5.  4 Outdoor medium density fiberboard has the effect of weather conditions aging, water immersion or wet and hot with water vapor in ventilation

medium density fiberboard.

5.  5  Local softness: local looseness resulting from poor paving or poor glue.

5.  6  Corner defect: A defect caused by damage to the four corners or edges of a plate.

Note: The appearance quality test is an approximate natural light in the range of 300-600LX (e.g. 40W flulights) with a line-of-sight of 700 mm -1000 mm, which is  tested by two persons in most phases The same conclusion is the test result.

6.  2 Supplier must provide a mid-density fiberboard physical mechanics performance test report, including internal binding strength, stillness strength, grip screw force, absorbent thickness expansion rate, moisture content, density, test results in accordance with  GB/T11718-  1999  Requirements for the physical and mechanics performance indicators of medium-room pattern plates. Must also include free formaldehyde release testing, test results in line with GB/T18884-  2002  provisions of the health, environmental protection requirements, that is: free formaldehyde release of human plate ≤ 9 mg / 100 g.
