PANELSOURCE BUYER GUIDES

Plywood Manufacturer in China: Choose Factory Panels, Samples and Custom Parts

Working with our plywood factory in China starts with what you want to make. We manufacture plywood and MDF substrates in our own factory in Jiangsu, China, and supply decorative facings and custom panels for international orders. Send a project photo, current board or drawing; we help choose the construction, arrange useful samples and price sheets or processed parts.

Tell us what the panel becomes

A product name is helpful, but the finished use gives it context. For a cabinet, tell us which faces and edges remain visible, the hardware and the finish. For formwork, send the panel specification and concrete-finish requirements. For a packing case, identify whether the sheet is a side panel or part of the load-carrying base.

We can discuss the panel options against that information rather than assume that the same plywood is suitable for every project. Include any specification supplied by your customer or designer in full. A shortened trade name can omit the requirement that controls material selection.

Our product assortment provides the wider range, including three-ply panels. Individual product information and the agreed quotation determine the offered configuration; the family name does not replace those details.

Make the proposed construction explicit

We discuss the face and back, core, thickness, dimensions, surface and relevant performance requirements together. Tell us which features cannot change and where you would consider an alternative. For example, a hidden cabinet back and an exposed birch edge may permit different appearance choices but still need their specified fit and function.

A lower-cost alternative should identify the changed feature rather than retain the same product name while altering the construction. We want you to be able to compare the proposal with your actual requirement and processing route.

Use a separate reference for each variant when an order combines thicknesses, finishes or sizes. That reference can then follow the quotation, sample discussion and packing list.

Give each sample a clear purpose

Tell us whether you need a face reference, a material section, a machining trial or a larger part evaluation. These purposes need different sample sizes and information. We can discuss the suitable sample arrangement, availability and delivery details for the proposed product.

For natural veneer, define the acceptable range rather than expecting every sheet to reproduce one small sample. For melamine surfaces, identify the decor and texture as well as the core. For exposed edges, show the profile and finishing method you intend to use.

After evaluation, keep the accepted construction and sample reference in the order schedule. If a product detail changes, review its effect before using an earlier trial to support the revised material.

Choose the custom sizes and processing you need

Our Customization & Services section is the starting point for dimensions, surfaces, OEM requirements and processing discussions. Send the drawing revision, quantities and any critical tolerances. Describe whether the dimensions are for a finished component or a blank that you will machine further.

We confirm the proposed scope for the specific order. Sheet cutting, face treatment, edge details and marking can affect the sequence, packaging and quantity arrangement. A drawing avoids assuming that a name such as “custom size” includes every operation needed by the finished product.

Keep product requirements with the chosen construction

We discuss the documents and inspection requirements that apply to the product, construction and destination. Tell us whether a project names a particular standard, test method or report scope. This lets the evidence be considered alongside the proposal rather than added as an unrelated certificate after the product is selected.

ISO's explanation of certification distinguishes the standards organization from the bodies that perform certification. The holder, scope and relevant product must be clear when any certificate is used. A management-system certificate should not be interpreted as a separate guarantee for every panel performance claim.

Our Production & Quality page introduces the production and packing information on the site. For an order, specify the characteristics to check, the applicable method and how the supplied material will be identified.

Plan packing and delivery from the receiving end

Send the destination, receiving equipment and required timing with the order quantities. Pack dimensions, face protection, handling and labels should suit both the panels and the way you will receive them. A mixed order needs identification that keeps similar-looking products distinguishable.

The CTU Code addresses cargo-unit packing and securing. We discuss the order's packing and transport arrangement with those practical requirements in view; a calculated panel volume alone is not a container loading plan.

Record the delivery rule, named place and edition when comparing offers. ICC's Incoterms rules provide the framework for the relevant delivery responsibilities, costs and risks. Payment, acceptance and any order-specific conditions still need to be stated clearly.

Keep repeat orders connected to what was agreed

Include the previous order reference and a list of changes when asking us to quote again. Confirm whether the same face range, core, finish, dimensions and packing are still required. A repeated product nickname can miss a detail that your production team depends on.

If a delivered panel raises a question, send the pack reference, photographs and relevant measurements through the same enquiry channel. Clear identification helps us discuss the affected material and the next assessment without confusing it with another product or shipment.

Start a factory enquiry with your project or current board

Use our enquiry form or email sales@plywoodsupplier.cn with a project photo, current board or drawing. We help choose the panel and finish, then add sizes, quantity, processing and destination as your order takes shape.

Factory plywood and MDF buying questions

Can the factory help if I have not chosen plywood or MDF?

Yes. Share the finished use, desired surface and a photo or current board. We manufacture both substrates and help compare the construction and facing for your project.

Can I order prepared parts with the decorative face?

Yes. Send the sizes or drawing and the operations you need. We bring the substrate, facing and custom processing into the same quotation and sample discussion.
