AGREE THE REFERENCE

See the finish and try the detail that matters.

Appearance sample

Use it to compare decor, grain, texture and sheen. Include an edge-band reference if the narrow edge will remain visible. View related parts together under the intended lighting.

Construction sample

Specify the complete panel: substrate or core, faces, thickness and any edge finish. Identify which edge or section you need to inspect and what supporting product evidence is required.

Component trial

For a door, shelf or routed component, send a representative drawing and the work you plan to carry out. We help arrange a component sample for the machining, finishing or hardware checks that matter to the finished part.

Record the agreed sample identity with the order specification. If the core, thickness, decor or finishing process changes afterwards, tell us so we can review whether the reference still represents the proposed panel.

PLAN THE SERVICES TOGETHER

Coordinate the face, finished dimensions and factory work.

Tell us how your workshop or site will use the panels. We help coordinate material selection, decorative faces, finished dimensions, processing, samples and packing so the delivered parts fit the next stage of your project.

FROM SELECTION TO DISPATCH

Bring the material, finish and custom work into one order.

We manufacture plywood and MDF substrates and coordinate the decorative face, finished size and custom work with your order. Our team helps turn your references into a sample, a quotation and an agreed production plan.

For example, a cabinet side with a visible front edge needs the board decor, grain direction, finished part size and edge band to be coordinated. Adding edging after the cut size has been confirmed can change the finished dimension. Include that detail before production rather than relying on a generic sheet description.

  • Use one drawing revision and consistent units across the part list.
  • Identify visible faces, machining and edge treatment for each component.
  • Keep samples, product evidence and inspection requirements with the same specification.
  • Include destination, unloading limits and the required pack identification.

BUILD A CLEAR ORDER SCHEDULE

Keep mixed sizes and finishes easy to identify.

Group identical panels under one order line. Split the line when the core, face/reverse, thickness, dimensions, grain direction or processing changes. Keep a main project reference above those lines so we can review the order together while quoting and packing each configuration correctly.

Shared appearance

If multiple panels must look coordinated, tell us which are installed together and which are intentionally different. A common colour name is less precise than a linked set of physical references.

Different production needs

Show the quantity and required timing for each configuration. We help plan the sample and production schedule for the mix, with clear quantities and labels for each item.

One receiving plan

Include your part codes, pack-group preferences and unloading limits. Distinguish grouping by material from grouping by room, assembly or installation sequence.

BEFORE WE QUOTE

Customization questions

Can you work from our drawing?

Yes. Send your drawing or a legible sketch and tell us what the part will do. We help work through the material, dimensions, face orientation, machining and sample details with you.

Can one order include different surfaces or sizes?

Yes. Give each size or finish its own quantity. We help coordinate the production, labels and pack groups so your team can identify the panels on arrival.

Do custom orders have a fixed minimum quantity?

The minimum depends on the material, size, finish and processing. Our ordering page gives our quantity guidance; the quotation confirms the applicable minimum for your configuration.

Where can I see how you check the panels?

Our Production & Quality page explains the relevant checks by panel family and shows selected factory equipment. We agree the inspection scope for your order separately from the general guide.

SAMPLES & ORDER PLANNING

Plan the first order.

Samples
Standard samples without special work or a logo have no sample charge; delivery is separate. Custom samples are agreed individually.
Order quantity
MDF: 1 × 20′ GP container. Other panels: Our starting guidance is one container for standard sizes and 3,000–10,000 pieces for custom sizes or designs. Tell us your trial quantity.
Production
All products are made to customer order. Production takes 7–10 days for MDF and 10–15 days for other panels; the order confirmation records the start date and production schedule. Sea transit is additional.
Payment
Where a deposit applies, our standard reference is 30% before production, with the balance after inspection and before loading. T/T or L/C terms are agreed for the order.
Shipping
Panel orders ship by container. Share your destination so we can arrange the loading plan and quote the freight separately from production.
After-sales warranty
All products include a 180-day after-sales warranty. Contact our team with the order reference and details of any product concern.

Tell us your quantity, sample needs and target delivery date. We’ll put the price, payment terms and production schedule into your quotation.
