A Manufacturing method of Marine plywood for Container Bottom Plate

The invention relates to a manufacturing method for marine plywood used for container bottom plate, which belongs to a man-made board forming process, especially a container bottom plate cold pressing or low temperature hot pressing forming process. The process of the invention is that the substrate is formed by hot pressing at high temperature and uniform thickness is formed by sanding mechanism of constant thickness, and then the surface layer and bottom layer of the substrate are coated with glue respectively and glued to the panel and bottom plate, and then formed by cold pressing or low temperature hot pressing process. Among them, in the process of cold pressing or low temperature hot pressing, the temperature is less than 60°C, the pressure is 1.2 ~ 1.8MPa, and the time interval is 5 ~ 40 minutes. Cold pressing or low temperature hot pressing process in the substrate surface layer and the bottom layer of the cloth is epoxy AB glue. The composite plate for container bottom plate made by this process does not need high temperature hot pressing when the base plate and the panel and the bottom plate stick together, but can be cold pressing or low temperature hot pressing, so that the internal mechanical properties of the base plate will not be damaged after the second high temperature hot pressing, and the surface of the bottom plate will crack and bubble. Greatly provides the yield, thus also saves the material, has the protection of wood resources make sense.
