1 Purpose

To clarify the product standard and ensure that the product can be judged effectively and reasonably.

2 Scope

The standard is applicable to all melamine paper-finished man-made boards of our company.

3 Appearance quality inspection method white melamine board 18mm

3.1 The height of the inspection table is about 700mm

4. specific content

4.1front from the edge of the high gloss melamine board within 5 mm allowed to have dry or wet flowers; back of the total area of dry or wet flowers does not exceed 5% of the board surface

4.2 Any 1 m² of the front side of the board within 3mm²-30 mm² is allowed to have a stain; any 1 m² of the back side of the board within 5 mm²-30 mm² is allowed to have a stain.

5. melamine sheets sizes  mm²-30 mm² allow 3 stains.

4.3 Any 1 m² of the front surface of the board within the length of ≤ 100 mm scratches allowed 2, affecting the decorative layer is not allowed; any 1 m² of the back surface of the board within the length of ≤ 200 mm scratches allowed 4, affecting the decorative layer is not allowed.

4.4 Indentation is not allowed on the front side; 20mm²-50mm² is allowed on the back side of any 1m² panel

4.5 The front and back side are not allowed to have obvious bottom penetration; the width shall not exceed 10mm, only one side is allowed to have cardboard misalignment; the total area of surface pores does not exceed 3% of the board surface.

4.6 Obvious color mismatch or uneven luster is not allowed on the front and back side

4.7 The front side does not allow bulging; the reverse side of any 1m² board surface ≤ 10 mm² of bulging allowed 1

4.11. Serious defects such as cracking, delamination,corner loss, etc. affecting the use and decorative effect are allowed on the front and back side melamine sheets sizes.

4.12. The dimensional deviation of length and width shall not exceed ±2 mm, and the deviation of thickness shall not exceed ±0.3 mm melamine board suppliers.
